Matter Splatter invites visitors of all ages to take matter into their own hands. In this inventive, hands-on exhibition, visitors can explore the materials used to produce some of the most advanced technology in existence today. Investigate biomimicry, explore conductivity, experiment with non-Newtonian fluids, understand elastic collisions, and so much more!
Whether you want to analyze the properties of metals or just play with ooey, gooey slime, this exhibition focuses on what matters most…learning and fun!
We need your support to bring Matter Splatter to The Discovery! Your donation made by June 20, 2020 will help ensure Matter Splatter is on exhibit from mid-June through mid-October, making it this summer’s must-see attraction! In recognition of your support, your name will be prominently displayed on a graphic appliqué in the museum’s lobby. Thank you!
