I just purchased/renewed my membership but I am not able to download my membership cards in the app?

Upon purchase/renewal, your membership is active immediately and you can visit The Discovery right away. Please allow 24 hours after your membership is purchased/renewed to receive an e-mail with your digital membership card information.
