What is an engineer? What do they do? Join us as we explore the fun and creative side of engineering. Campers will learn about nano technology, explore the world of flight, do cool chemistry experiments, design their very own earthquake-proof structures and much, much more!
Location: Bud Beasley Elementary School, 2100 Canyon Pkwy, Sparks
Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Ages: Students entering grades 2-3
Registration: Members $265, nonmembers $290
Notes: Early drop-off starting at 8:00am – $30 per week

Waiting List
Camps fill up quickly. If the camp you’d like to register for is full, you can be added to the wait list on the CampSite registration platform.
Transfer, Cancelation and Refund Policy
The Discovery has a no refund cancelation policy for camp registrations. There is a $20 fee to transfer between camps. If you need to transfer from one camp to another, from one week to another, or make any changes to your Camp Discovery registration, please call 775-398-5942 or email camps@nvdm.org. Please note, you can only transfer to camps that still have space available.
