Visitors ages 5 and older are required to wear face covering while at the museum.
Museum staff will be frequently cleaning and sanitizing the museum throughout the day. Museum spaces may be closed on a rotating schedule throughout the day for deep cleaning and sanitizing. Some exhibits may not be available due to cleaning sanitization limitations.
To continue to deliver the museum’s mission, and serve the needs of our community during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Discovery has launched a new Hybrid & Distance Learning Support program designed to serve the educational needs of families with students on hybrid schedules and in distance learning.

Will my membership be extended?
All members whose membership was active between March 17 and December 31, 2020 will receive a 7-month extension of their membership. For example, a membership with an expiration date of November 30, 2020 will now be valid through June 30, 2021. If you have a question about your membership, please e-mail email@example.com.
