Our commitment to be inclusive and accessible to visitors, staff, volunteers, and all of the audiences we serve will be reflected in:

• Our Programs – Provide programs that are of interest to all communities and include accompanying materials in languages other than English.
• Our Outreach – Implement strategies to increase participation in the museum’s experiences by underrepresented students and their families.
• Our Exhibitions – Employ design techniques and practices that create exhibit accessibility for different learning styles and abilities.
• Our Policies – Create and maintain policies that build respect, dignity, fairness and equity.
• Our Environment – Maintain a welcoming, adaptable and respectful environment for visitors, volunteers and staff.

• Our Recruiting – Establish relationships with local educational organizations to offer employment and/or internship opportunities to diverse youth, students, and experienced candidates.
