Dear Discovery friends, fans, and supporters,
I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the impact our community has had on The Discovery, particularly in the last two years. We are overcoming adversity in ways we never imagined, all because of you.
In addition to proving our resiliency, The Discovery is celebrating its 10th anniversary—a milestone we could not have achieved without your support. The Discovery opened its doors for the first time in 2011 and welcomed children and families from all over Northern Nevada to engage with hands-on exhibitions and programming. Since then, the museum has experienced immense growth and change, and has become the place to experience science. That’s something to celebrate!
