The Discovery is pleased to announce that Pasta Fresca has opened in the dedicated restaurant space at the museum. Although the restaurant is new to the museum and to downtown Reno, Pasta Fresca is already a cherished local eatery, serving delicious Italian inspired fare at its Lakeside Drive location since 2020.
Pasta Fresca, owned by Paolo Nicoletta, is open seven days a week serving lunch and dinner. The menu includes a selection of popular pastas, sandwiches, salads, and paninis, plus desserts and an assortment of beer and wine. For younger diners, the kid’s menu includes three pasta options and several sauce choices including marinara or butter (also available on the side).
All of Pasta Fresca’s pasta is handmade in-house using only organic, Italian flour. You can build your own pasta dish from a variety of noodle styles, sauces, and protein options, with plenty of combinations to choose from. There are also specialties dishes like lasagna, ravioli and spaghetti.
In addition to a nicely appointed dining room, Pasta Fresca also offers to-go orders along with a selection of premade sandwiches and freshly made pasta ready-to-cook pasta!
Pasta Fresca is open Monday through Saturday, 11:00am to 9:00pm and Sunday, 11:00am to 4:00pm. Discovery members receive an 8% discount on their bill by showing their digital membership card.
