Volunteers will circulate throughout the museum floor and be the “face” of the museum by interacting and assisting visitors of all ages through the exhibits. The focus of this position is to provide good customer service and to create a meaningful and memorable visit for Museum guests.

Duties
Interacting with and engaging visitors
Alerting museum staff to low supplies, malfunctioning exhibits, or any hazard
Alerting staff to lost children or parents
Resetting of the exhibits and galleries
Assist in creating an environment of safety and inclusion
Minimum Requirements
For this position, orientation and a one-time training session are required. Candidate must be available to volunteer a minimum two-hour shift, twice a month. A background check and drug screening are required prior to the start of volunteering. For this position, volunteer must be at least 16 years of age.
