Students participate in a hands-on science activity
The Discovery is embarking on plans for a statewide outreach program in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Our aim is to help provide engaging STEM education to students and curious minds of all ages! We offer this at The Discovery itself, of course, but “outreach” will take our programs all across Nevada, into communities large and small.
It is important that we decide which programs we bring, and where to provide them to reach the audience who most needs or wants them, based on feedback from as many community members as possible. What aspects of STEM do you want to learn more about? What do you want to see provided for your children? Where would our outreach programs me most convenient for you or your kids to reach?
