Style Engineers
This dynamic and technology integrated camp will allow campers to dive into the science of the style industry. Learn the chemistry behind beauty products and textiles while doing experiments that explore polymers used in today’s fashion items. Other topics will include, futuristic/fashion innovation, green fashion, accessory design, and functional fashion. Learn to design fashion from scratch in our Microsoft STEM Lab and bring your ideas to life. Show off your work with a fashion show and walk down the runway on the final day of camp!
Time: 9:00am–4:00pm
Ages: Grades 5-7
Registration: Members $200, nonmembers $225
Notes: Early drop-off starting at 8:00am – $20 per week; Late pick up 4:00-5:30pm – $30 per week
