Digital Membership Cards
Your membership cards are digital!
For member convenience and to reduce the museum’s need for printing and mailing, The Discovery provides digital membership cards for all membership levels. Digital membership cards are accessible on your smartphone using the free PassPlay app available for Apple and Android devices.
Step 1
Download the PassPlay app on your smartphone from Apple’s App Store or the Google Play Store. The app’s icon is a light blue and magenta and has the letters PP on it.
Step 2
You will receive an e-mail with the subject “Your digital membership cards for The Discovery are ready!” that includes your Membership ID. Click the Login button at the bottom of the e-mail to open the PassPlay app. Click the Connect button to load your membership cards.
Member Loyalty Rewards
Members can earn reward points each time they visit The Discovery by scanning QR codes found around the museum using the PassPlay app. Reward points can be redeemed for discounts on membership renewal, added discounts in the Museum Store, behind-the-scenes tours, and more!
